Without reflection, we go blindly on our way, creating more unintended consequences, and failing to achieve anything useful.

The Co-Accountant Project is a year-long interactive and accessible peer accountability program.

It was designed to support anyone struggling with difficulties following through on making changes in life and frustrated with the limitations of online relationships. The project offers a clear structure and guiding framework for creating a positive, vibrant, trusting, and grounding accountability partnership.

The basic structure of the project entails choosing a partner (your “co-accountant”) and coming up with a yearly intention related to an area of your life you want to focus on. Over the course of the year, you and your co-accountant check in on the phone or in person each week. During these check-ins, you each report on your goals from the past week and set small, manageable and achievable goals for the upcoming week that more you toward your yearly intention.

By signing up for the project, you will receive detailed project instructions, information about our framework developed through years of research and experience, all the materials to get started, and personalized support throughout your year.

BENEFITS FROM USING THE PROJECT

From interviews and surveys we've conducted, 5 common over-arching benefits have emerged:

Deeper Connections and Confidant Creation - Through the structure, consistent contact, and mutual support, you will develop a closer relationship with someone.

Exchange of Wisdom and Inspiration - It is remarkable how much wisdom is in every single one of us. You get to learn from your partner's journey, their approach to the world, and be inspired by their successes.

Greater Follow-Through on One Overall Area for Change - By pursuing one broad area for a full year, you get to experience the cumulative impact of focused incremental change.
